MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Destination Mansfield – Richland County and the Mansfield-Richland Area Educational Foundation are excited to announce the opening of registration for a unique area attractions tour. The event, scheduled for May 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., is designed for individuals who live or work in north central Ohio.
Richland County is a hub for arts, history, theater, recreation, and leisure activities, with several local attractions expanding or adding new exhibits recently. This tour offers an exclusive opportunity to hear from directors and key points of contact at each location about the growth of their organization.
“Tourism is a major industry in Richland County, supporting over 5,000 jobs and making it the 6th largest employer,” says Lee Tasseff, President of Destination Mansfield-Richland County. “Its total impact is $405M, generating over $11.6M in local tax revenues for services all residents rely on.”

“Each stop will offer a curated experience designed for business professionals,” says Angie Cirone, Director, Mansfield-Richland Area Educational Foundation. “Participants will have networking opportunities with each other and with tour hosts.”
