The Galion High School Junior Class Prom Committee is enlisting the support of the Galion community to provide a successful After Prom event for Galion students. The committee has partnered with the Galion Pizza Hut to host several fundraising opportunities to help fund this year’s Galion High School After-Prom. The community can dine at the Galion Pizza Hut April 7 and April 14, and a portion of the receipts from both of those evenings will be donated to the Junior Class Prom Committee.
“We want to give our students something to do after the prom to keep them safe this year,” Junior Class Prom Committee member Kelli Rinehart said. “We have very little money for the After Prom, and our committee thought this would be a great way for the community to help us raise money to purchase door prizes, food and entertainment for our students.”
In addition to the fundraising events at Pizza Hut, interested community members can make contributions directly to the Junior Class Prom Committee.
