The date for the Jeff Dyer Memorial 12th Annual Golf Scramble has been changed. The golf scramble will now be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
The field is limited to the first 27 paid teams. The golf scramble includes nine holes of golf, cart, a meal with cash bar following nine holes, and door prizes. The cost is $35 per person, $105 per team, or $155 for a corporate team and hole sponsor. All proceeds benefit the Jeff Dyer Scholarship fund.
Check-in will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the New Winchester Golf Course on September 14. There will be a shot-gun start at 3:00 p.m. The event is a three-person golf scramble.
Golfers will have the opportunity to buy green chance—costing $1 to $5—on holes making it on the green in one shot. Make it and get double your money back.
Each member on the first place team will receive a rotating trophy and a Colonel Crawford Athletic Pass which admits the bearer into all 2013/2014 home athletic events. The athletic passes are valued at $400 each.
