Dairy Maids and Gents 4-H Club News Reporter
The Dairy Maids and Gents met on Wednesday, April 5 at Colonel Crawford Intermediate School. Project books were given out along with 1” binders that were provided by the club. Important dates were discussed, including those for adding/removing a project and officer training.
The heath report was on drinking enough water and not sugar drinks like soda. The safety report was how you should pick the right helmet for your activity and how to should make sure it is the right size. The Cloverbuds talked about the different types of cloud there are, and had a special cloud snack.
Demonstrations were given by: Nic Motter, Alya and Lynae McKibben, Sydney Stirm, Brevin Balliett, Conner Corwin, Nick Starner, Karlee Shull, Ethan Strouse, Xander Fauser, and Kaleb Haynes. The Pledges where led by Sydnee Corwin and Payton Rowlinson. The next Dairy Maids and Gents meeting will be held on April 25 at 7:00pm at the Colonel Crawford Intermediate School.
