BUCYRUS — Emergency crews responded to a residential fire Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 2 p.m., firefighters with the Bucyrus Fire Department were called to 1210 Willard Street. Multiple 911 calls were made to the department.
Upon arrival, firefighters reported small flames on the outside of the residence.
The flames were believed to have been started by ashes in a trash can that were blown by strong winds.
A female resident was asleep inside the residence at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
