The Crestline Village Council has unanimously rejected the request by Mosier Industrial Services for a zoning change.
Mosier had asked to change the zoning on its Wiley Street operations from light industrial to heavy industrial use. Residents in that area objected to the change because of debris at the business, environmental concerns and what they saw as health hazards.
Sixty residents signed a petition opposing the proposed change.
