The Crestline school board went into executive session at Monday’s meeting and when board members emerged, they had locked in the district’s superintendent for four more years.
The school board unanimously agreed to a four-year contract for Noreen Mullens that will begin Aug. 1 and run through July 31, 2020. Mullens’ salary will remain at its current annual level of $86,000.
Board members said Mullens was doing an outstanding job and they are collectively appreciative of her efforts.
