CRESTLINE—A man was issued an array of citations after fleeing from Crestline Police at 6:42 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12 in the East Thrush Avenue area.

Dale L. Sampsel Jr. was issued citations for reckless operation of a vehicle, failure to comply with the order of a police officer, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper turn, failure to control, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving left of center.
