At 7:23 p.m., James L. Collins was issued a citation for improper display of plates, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle under the influence.

1:54 p.m.-Laura Bliesner, 50, Crestline, was arrested for disorderly conduct and telephone harassment in the 100 block of North Seltzer Street.

2:05 p.m.-Officers investigated a non-injury accident in the 800 block of North Thoman Street. Victoria J. Perry was issued a citation for failure to yield.

6:46 p.m.-Carter A. Foughty was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 100 block of East Thrush Avenue. The vehicle owner was issued a warning for wrongful entrustment.
