BUCYRUS—Timothy King Jr., 42, of Crestline, pleaded guilty to one count of burglary (amended from an F2), a third-degree felony, and one count of having weapons under disability, also a third-degree felony. Each are punishable with up to 36 months in prison.

In an agreed plea negotiation, Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced King to 36 months in prison on count one and 21 months in prison on count two. He will be eligible to apply for judicial release after serving 30 months in prison.

King will receive all jail time credit.
