A simple case of vandalism will have an expensive resolution for a Crestline man following his admission to a bill of information in Common Pleas Court.
Fifty-for-year-old David Brissell admitted to Judge Russell Wiseman that he had, in Wiseman’s words, “basically trashed” a residence on Arn Circle this past July 4.
Because of the amount involved Brissell was convicted of a felony and placed on community control for three years. Brissell must also pay the victim $8,000 in restitution as well as a $750 fine and costs.
