A Crestline man, who was arrested by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, faces six federal charges.
On July 27, Crestline police assisted the U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigations unit at a W. Livingston Ave. residence in Crestline.
Garrick Jorgensen, 36, was taken into custody by Homeland Security for an ongoing investigation. He faces six charges.
According to the Crestline Advocate Jorgensen is charged with one count of noticing or advertising child pornography using chat applications and hyperlinks to files and five counts of distribution, receipt and possession of child pornography.
