The Crestline school board heard an update at its last meeting regarding the booster club’s efforts to continue developing the athletic complex.
In that update John McDonough reminded board members he had initially made contact with an architect a year ago regarding a concession stand and restroom project. At that time, McDonough stated, the hope was to begin construction in May of 2016.
McDonough is now anticipating that a building project for the project will be issued soon and construction may begin in May of 2017.
In other news from that meeting it was noted that Penny Miller will serve as the chair of the Local Professional Development Committee.
