The Crestline Village Council continued its attempts to resolve the village’s financial woes by bringing in a former county official as an outside consultant.
A contract with Roman’s XII Consulting LLC was approved by the Village Council at a cost of $2,500. Fromer Crawford County Auditor Robin Hildebrand represents the firm in its contract with the village.
Village Administrator Marc Milliron said that Hildebrand will conduct a financial analysis of each village department and make recommendations for improvement.
