After reviewing the votes and checking them twice, the Crawford County Board of Elections has declared a winner for the contested seat of the Crestline school board.
As it turns out the Boards of Elections in both Crawford and Richland counties were correct the first time around with James Glauer officially winning the seat over incumbent Jeff Wilhite 450 to 445.
Glauer received 398 votes in Crawford County and 52 votes in Richland County for a final voting tally of 450 votes. Wilhite received 403 votes in Crawford County with an additional 42 votes from Richland County for a final voting tally of 445 votes.
The other two open seats on the Crestline school board went to Robyn Almanson with 563 total votes and Robert Salvati with 487.
