CRESTLINE, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford Partnership welcomed approximately 240 stakeholders and community members to its annual State of the Vision meeting Thursday at The Hub in Crestline, marking a year of significant capital investment and job creation.

During the keynote address, Executive Director Makenna Laser highlighted the organization’s 2025 impact, reporting 202 new full-time jobs created and more than $10.1 million in new annual payroll for the county. The partnership also saw the retention of 251 full-time jobs and $16.4 million in total capital investment.

The evening featured the presentation of several awards recognizing excellence in economic and community development.

Honorees included Bucyrus City Schools for workforce development, while Stellar Industries of Galion and Forge Fire & Company of Bucyrus received Economic Development Awards for their respective expansion projects. The Hub in Crestline was recognized for community development, and former Crawford County Commissioner Doug Weisenauer received the Community Leadership Award for his long-standing service.

The organization also presented a special Partnership Award to its first executive director, Dave Williamson, in honor of the Partnership’s 20th anniversary. To cement his legacy, the organization announced the intent to establish the Dave Williamson Scholarship Fund to support local students at the Crawford Success Center.
