The Crawford Park District will be holding their annual hunting orientation and lottery for the Sandusky Wildlife Area, Sears Woods State Nature Preserve and Carmean Woods State Nature Preserve.
The orientation and lottery for the 2014-2015 hunting season will be held at the Lowe-Volk Park Nature Center on Sunday, August 24, 2014, beginning promptly at 1 p.m. No late arrivals will be admitted after the orientation meeting begins to insure that all participants receive the same information. The lottery drawing for all properties will take place immediately following the orientation meeting.
We are asking that you arrive at the Nature Center 20 minutes in advance of the meeting. This will allow you time to look over the information sheet and enter your name into the drawing for the lottery.
Permits for hunters will be issued on-site immediately after the meeting. We require that each hunter bring their driver’s license, state ID, or current hunting license with them. For questions call the Park District office at 419-683-9000.
