CRAWFORD COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford Park District is gearing up for a busy fall with a number of new and returning programs.
In a recent “Community Spotlight” interview, new staff member Lori Morey highlighted upcoming events, including a “Picking Pawpaws” event at Sears Woods and a tree planting ceremony for the “America 250” celebration at Heckert Nature Preserve.
Morey, a Galion native, noted that Sears Woods is also set to be inducted into the Old-Growth Forest Network. She encouraged residents to visit the parks and stay informed through the district’s website and social media.
