The Crawford County Sports Hall of Fame is currently taking applications for nominees to the hall.
Nominees must have distinguished themselves in one or more sports at a Crawford County school or one of the original schools in the county. Teams are also eligible for induction. An athlete must have graduated at least ten years prior to enshrinement and a team must also have a ten year span from the time of competition. Administrators and coaches must have served in their field for at least ten years. All nominees must have demonstrated good citizenship. Any individual who has made special contributions towards Crawford County athletic success can be enshrined for those accomplishments.
Nomination forms are available at the hall of fame website: www.crawfordcountysportshof.org or by emailing cahelbert@yahoo.com or calling 419-571-6284. All nominations for any year are due by December 1 and the Selection committee makes their decision, on those who will be inducted, in early December. Nominations are held indefinitely.
