BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office has announced the upcoming release of a new mobile app designed to deliver emergency information faster than traditional news outlets and social media.

The app will provide push notifications to smart devices, alerting users to impending weather, road closures, and other critical warnings. Additionally, the app will feature a section where families can check if a loved one is in custody, as well as set up commissary and phone accounts.

Key features of the app include the ability to submit tips, access mental health and recovery services, obtain sex offender information, and enhance cyber security awareness.

Currently in development, the app will soon be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
