Crawford County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Bucyrus Man in Child Pornography Investigation

BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW).

On Friday, October 24th, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 1304 Fremont Street in Bucyrus as part of an investigation into the possession of child pornography.
The operation, which took place at approximately 1:46 p.m., led to the arrest of 30-year-old Bryan A. Rimmer, the primary suspect in the case.

During the search, several electronic devices were seized from Rimmer’s residence, and evidence of child pornography was discovered on these items. Following the warrant execution, Rimmer was taken into custody and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center, where he is being held on charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

The investigation remains ongoing, with a report set to be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for potential additional charges.
