UPDATE: The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office has downgraded the county to a Level 1 at 10:43 a.m.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office has now place Crawford County on a Level 2 snow advisory. Rural roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways.
Contact your employer to see if you should report to work. Many area schools have either delayed the start of classes today or closed. All Crawford County schools are closed.
Snow is expected to stop falling about 8 a.m., but winds of 15 miles per hour or more will make temperatures feel colder. The actual temperature is expected to top out at 21 degrees this afternoon.
