NEW WASHINGTON — New Washington Village Council met for a brief meeting Monday afternoon.
Council has started the reading process of an amendment that will change the name of an alley in the village known as Phillip’s Way.
It also was decided during the meeting, recycle drop-off in the village hall’s parking lot now will only be once a month, instead of twice a month.
It may still be twice a month during holiday seasons. Information on the issue will be released later once the council makes its decision.
Council’s next meeting is Nov. 12 at 4:30 p.m.
