Earlier in May, Cooper’s Mill held its second annual “Spring Celebration” at its retail marketplace in Bucyrus, OH. This event celebrated the advent of spring and the flavorful tastes of Cooper’s Mill, but it also commemorated the company’s second year of ownership under brothers Jason and Justin McMullen.
Widely known for their operation of the growing candle company, Crossroads Original Designs, the McMullen brothers purchased Cooper’s Mill in 2013 and completely transformed the space into a beautiful marketplace that offers visitors a unique shopping experience that is sure to please the senses.
During the “Spring Celebration,” guests had the opportunity to sample many of the delicious, all-natural Cooper’s Mill products and even got to experience the first batch of Apple Butter Barbeque Sauce that was just introduced to the growing line of fresh, wholesome products locally produced at Cooper’s Mill. Lunch was also served during the event, and Cooper’s Mill accepted donations on behalf of Crawford County 4-H. Thanks to the generosity of Cooper’s Mill guests, more than $300 was collected during the two-day event
Presenting the check on behalf of Cooper’s Mill are Rhonda Baldwin and Aryn Copeland. The check was presented to Crawford County Extension Agent, Allison Cooper. Copeland and Cooper both represent Crawford County 4-H and are active members in the organization.
