BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford County Fair is just around the corner, running from July 14 through the 19, and this year’s event promises a mix of new entertainment and beloved traditions, according to Amy Hughes, speaking on a recent community spotlight program.

For grandstand entertainment, fairgoers can look forward to a free calf scramble on Monday at 7 p.m. Tuesday brings a new addition: motocross racing starting at 7 p.m., with grandstand admission at $10 and pit passes at $15. Wednesday features free harness racing at 6 p.m.

Thursday offers a unique double bill with the inaugural Wiener Dog races at 4 p.m., followed by more harness racing at 6 p.m. Friday will see the return of the tractor pull at 7 p.m. The grandstand entertainment culminates on Saturday with the always popular Demo Derby.

The Crawford County Fair will take place July 14-19 at the Crawford County Fairgrounds in Bucyrus.
