NORTH ROBINSON—This Sunday, September 11, 2022, Colonel Crawford Post 181 will hold a flag retirement ceremony at the Dapper Cabin at Colonel Crawford School. The program will be held at 2:00 pm.
They will be retiring the flags by a ritual fire. These are the worn flags that flew over our Veteran’s graves and tattered and worn flags from around the Bucyrus area. The public is invited to participate and be a part of this somber ceremony.
If you have a tattered flag you would like included in this ceremony, bring it that day, or you can place it in the flag drop box outside the front door f the Legion Post at 123 E. Rensselaer St. in Bucyrus.
