NORTH ROBINSON—To begin the new year, the Colonel Crawford Local School District held their organizational meeting.
Brad McKibben will remain the board president, and Margie Hoyles will remain the vice president.
The dates and times of the regularly scheduled board meetings will be the same as before, with meetings being at 7 p.m. in the school media center on the fourth Monday of each month.
Housekeeping items, such as allowing the treasurer to make payments on all contractual obligations, to invest money in 2021, and to modify appropriations was approved.
Other housekeeping items included voting to authorize the superintendent as a purchasing agent for the year, to employ personnel as needed in emergency situations, and to apply on behalf of the district to participate in any federal or state project or program in which approval by the board is required.
Committees were established with Brad McKibben and Gordon Grove serving on Finance, Scott Rike and Brad McKibben serving on Legislative Liaison, Scott Rike and Norm Huber serving on Negotiations and Personnel, Norm Huber and Margie Hoyles serving on School Facilities and Building & Grounds, and Margie Hoyles and Gordon Grove serving on Board Policy Review.
The next regularly scheduled board meeting is January 25 at 7 p.m. in the Media Center.
