Kindergarten registration for the Colonel Crawford School District will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 11 at Hannah Crawford Elementary. This is for the purpose of registration only, not screening.
This registration is for children who will enter kindergarten next fall and who will have attained the age of five years by Aug. 1, 2016. Other requirements include up to date immunizations, government-issued birth certificate, Social Security card, and custody papers if applicable.
Parents of children whose names have been given to the school will be receiving registration forms in the mail. If you have a child eligible for kindergarten whose name has not been given to the school, please call Hannah Crawford Elementary at 419-562-5753.
