NORTH ROBINSON, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW) – On Monday evening, the Colonel Crawford Board of Education held its organizational meeting for 2024.
Anne Cole, a graduate of Colonel Crawford, Ohio Wesleyan, Ashland University, and ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, was sworn in as the newest board member. Norm Huber, who has served on the board for twenty-one years, was also sworn in for the start of his new term.
Huber was elected board president, and Margie Hoyles was elected vice president.
The 2024 meeting dates are as follows: January 22, February 26, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 26, July 22, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18, and December 16. All meetings will begin at 7 p.m. in the Media Center.
Board committee assignments are: Finance, Norm Huber and Anne Cole; Legislative Liaison, Scott Rike and Gordon Grove; Negotiations and Personnel, Norm Huber and Anne Cole; School Facilities and Buildings & Grounds, Margie Hoyles and Gordon Grove; and Board Policy Review, Margie Hoyles and Scott Rike.
The next meeting is January 22 at 7 p.m. in the Media Center.
