Inside and out, the Colonel Crawford campus and high school was converted into a bazaar on Saturday for the Colonel William Crawford Fall Festival. The annual North Robinson tradition brings visitors and merchants from near and far to display their wares and sell their crafts.

With a table at the festival for the third year in a row, Frank Adams travelled from Bellevue to sell food dips as well as an assortment of jams and jellies at the festival.

“It has been a real successful show, well ran, well planned, and that is why we keep coming back,” Adams said.

Adams was in the process of filling out an application to return to the 2015 edition of the festival.

North Robinson native Wanda Swick travelled just down the street to sell her stained glass artwork.

“There is always a good crowd, and it’s always a good show, and I’ve always enjoyed coming to the show, and a thought I would just display my crafts on stain glass.” Swick said.

For some like Linda Winbigler this was their first year selling crafts at the festival, but for others like Lexington native Mike Oke this will be their last year selling at the event.

The festival took up the Colonel Crawford High School gym, garage, and front lawn where a classic car show was held.

“We got a lot more people to come, it was a lot of fun. The festival was here so we put some signs up with directions to come in and it was incredible,” Brad Ruffener said.

The Buckeye Robotics Club is open to Crawford County students in grades 6-12. More information about the group can be found by contacting Ruffener at buckeyerobotics@gmail.com.
