NORTH ROBINSON — The Colonel Crawford Board of Education met an hour earlier than normal Monday evening, so members could attend the annual awards night for students.
The board approved school fees for the 2018-19 school year along with the updated student handbook. A contract between the school and the Crawford County Board of Health also were approved.
Superintendent Todd Martin said everything on the agenda was passed by the board, which also included:
- The approval of a CCP agreement with Hocking College for the 2018-19 academic year.
- An interagency agreement with the Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission Head Start.
- The Course Description Book for the high school.
- Payment-in-lieu for transportation for two families for 2017-18.
- An agreement with the North Central Ohio ESC for educational consultant services for 2018-19 at an estimated cost of $18,335.20.
- Revisions to the Athletic Code of Conduct / Drug Testing Policy.
- Additional options to earn a high school diploma for the class of 2018. (option 1)
- A donation of early childhood furniture from School Specialty at an estimated value of $5,000.
- Regretfully accept the resignation of Ty Stevenson effective at the end of the 2017-18 contract year.
The next board meeting is June 18 at 7 p.m.
