On Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016, at 5:15 PM in Council Chambers 2nd Floor, 500 South Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus, Ohio, a public hearing will be conducted by the Bucyrus City Council to consider proposed amendments to the Bucyrus City Zoning Ordinance. This public hearing is in accordance with Bucyrus Codified Ordinances 1125.06, 1145.06 and Ohio Revised Code 713.12.
The Bucyrus City Platting Committee has recommended the following amendments to the Bucyrus Zoning Ordinances:
1157.02 Official Zoning District Map
Redistrict the following parcels: 080018615000, 080018616000, 080018616001, 080018617000 at 116 W. Perry St. from (R-3) Urban Neighborhood Residential District to (DB) Downtown Business District
The proposed zoning changes shall be on file for public examination in the office of the Zoning Administrator at City Hall.
