The Crawford County CHIP program is now accepting applications for the 4th Round of owner rehabs until May 11, 2017.
Owner Rehabilitation is intended to correct sub-standard conditions throughout the house so that the homes are safe, healthy, durable, energy efficient and affordable. This is an income based program.
