BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Christopher Perry, 48, of Chatfield, was arraigned in the Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Thursday.

Perry is accused of importuning, a felony of the third degree, and tampering with evidence, also a third-degree felony.

According to the allegations, Perry solicited a victim under the age of thirteen to engage in sexual activity.

Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold set Perry’s bond at $150,000. If he makes bond, he is to have no contact with this victim or any juveniles. Judge Leuthold appointed attorney Joel Spitzer to represent him.
