CRESTLINE – Due to upgrades in the radio system and public alert notification procedures, Crawford County Emergency Management Agency and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office has taken complete control of Crestline’s tornado siren activation responsibilities.
According to a press release issued today by the Crestline Police Department, the Tornado Sirens will be activated for a short period of time at noon every Friday. If there is inclement weather in the area, then the test will not be performed to distinguish the difference between a test and an actual emergency situation.
