Sixth grade Shelby teacher indicted on 21 counts of sexual battery

Shelby City Schools teacher who has been on leave since Feb. 28 was served a warrant on indictment on Sept. 26 on 21 felony counts, including sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
