BUCYRUS — Bucyrus Police investigated a one-vehicle crash on East Mansfield Street in front of Bucyrus Auto Laundry Monday evening.
According to officers at the scene, Tara Schiefer of Bucyrus lost control of her vehicle when she looked away from the roadway and hit a utility pole. Schiefer was cited for failure to control and taken to the police department to complete paperwork following the crash.
Life Support Team EMS came to the scene but Schiefer did not seek treatment for minor injuries sustained in the crash. Bucyrus Firefighters also assisted at the scene.
Schiefer’s vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
