BUCYRUS―A Bucyrus woman was arrested during a traffic stop on Tuesday evening in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

At 7:55 p.m., officers issued a traffic citation to the driver of the vehicle and arrested  Emily Laub, 25, on warrants from multiple counties. Also, charges are pending regarding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia that were confiscated during the incident. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending a court appearance.

10:08 a.m.-A fight was investigated in the 200 block of East Mary Street. Two women were fighting in the handicap parking spaces at the Kroger parking lot. One woman was reportedly on the ground and EMS personnel responded. Neither of the involved parties wanted to pursue the matter and they dispersed.

10:21 a.m.-A hit-skip accident was reported at the police department.

11:00 a.m.-A traffic detail was completed in the 100 block of Songer Avenue.

11:21 a.m.-A theft report was taken in the 1700 block of Marion Road. The complainant reported her purse stolen the previous day.

3:21 p.m.-Officers responded to a two-vehicle injury crash between a Honda Civic and Jeep Grand Cherokee in the North Walnut and East Mary Street area. The driver of the Civic was transported to the hospital. A citation was issued to the driver of the Civic for improper lane use and their vehicle was towed from the scene.

4:26 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance involving threats of self-harm in the 400 block of Norton Way.

5:33 p.m.-A person stopped at the station to report their dog being stolen. Reportedly a dark blue van was involved, driving away with the complainant’s dog.

5:34 p.m.-A person came to the station to report a theft of a cell phone from a gym bag.

5:53 p.m.-Officers responded to a private property incident between a Saturn and a Blue Elantra in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street. The wind caught an open car door and blew it into another vehicle.

6:52 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the Jump and Hill Street area. The caller thought a transformer might have made the noise. No problems were located.

7:03 p.m.-Officers responded to a traffic complaint in the Isaac Beal Road and Beal Avenue area. A temporary stop sign was placed there.

9:00 p.m.-A report of a drunk man wearing a reflective vest was investigated in the 900 block of East Warren Street. Officers were unable to locate him.
