The City of Bucyrus will hold a lottery for deer hunting by bow and arrow or crossbow at the four city reservoirs. Permits are issued in accordance with Bucyrus City Ordinance 919.05 and Ohio Hunting and Trapping Regulations. Five permits will be issued.
Three trapping permits will also be issued by lottery.
Those interested need to call the Mayor’s office at 419-562-6767 ext. 221 with their name, address, and telephone number by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2 to be eligible. The drawing will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 4:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of Bucyrus City Hall.
