CRAWFORD COUNTY – Accident on State Route 98 east of Outhwaite Reservoir backed up traffic Wednesday evening. According to early reports, former Bucyrus Postmaster and former Col. Crawford school board president 55-year-old Mike Willacker died after suffering a medical incident. We will have more information when it becomes available.
