7:33 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 800 block of Clay Street was investigated.
8:19 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 900 block of Marion Road.
8:35 a.m.-Officers spoke with a resident at the station regarding possible fraud.
10:08 a.m.-A report of a barking dog in the area of West Mansfield and Spring Streets was investigated.
10:17 a.m.-A Marion Road resident reported his mailbox vandalized twice in one week.
11:30 a.m.-A Jump Street resident reported their garage spray-painted overnight.
12:31 p.m.-A West Rensselaer Street resident reported a theft of eyeglasses from her home.
1:36 p.m.-A report of a domestic problem in the 600 block of South Walnut Street was investigated.
2:00 p.m.-A person was charged with larceny of a stolen motor from a complaint that was made on Sept. 20, 2019. They were served a summons to appear in court for arraignment on Wednesday.
2:38 p.m.-Officers investigated a possible OVI in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street. The vehicle was parked but a driver could not be located at the time.
2:44 p.m.-A private property accident was investigated in the Kroger parking lot. A silver Buick and black Jeep collided.
3:40 p.m.-Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Marion Road and a warning was issued.
3:59 p.m.-A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 block of Lane Street and a warning was issued.
4:00 p.m.-Officers investigated a two-vehicle accident with injuries in the East Charles and South Walnut Street area. The Bucyrus Fire Department and Portsmouth EMS also responded and one passenger was treated for a minor injury. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and a citation was issued for driving left of center. The driver of a 2001 Taurus reported being unable to steer while turning and striking a 2017 Nissan Rogue.
5:34 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of juveniles’ complaint in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.
5:56 p.m.-Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 1500 block of Marion Road.
6:07 p.m.-Officers responded to a dispute in the 600 block of West Mansfield Street. It was a civil property dispute.
7:14 p.m.-Officers took a report of theft in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue. The incident actually happened in Mansfield and the complainant was referred to the Mansfield Police Department.
7:33 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
7:37 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 1000 block of Hull Avenue. The person was looking for a cat.
7:59 p.m.-Officers conducted a traffic stop in the Washington Square area and a warning was issued.
8:09 p.m.-A traffic stop was conducted in the South Sandusky and Southern Avenue area and a warning was issued.
8:46 p.m.-Officers made a traffic stop in the City Lot 3 and a warning was issued.
8:52 p.m.-Officers responded to a possible report of breaking and entering in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue. The matter was unfounded.
9:06 p.m.-Officers responded to a report of a speeding car in the Aumiller Park area. The vehicle was located and a person was warned for their manner of driving.
9:13 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 400 North Sandusky Avenue area.
9:26 p.m.-A citizen was warned for jaywalking.
9:59 p.m.-Officers responded to an alarm in the 500 block of Sears Street. It was a false alarm.

12:16 a.m.-A resident in the 1100 block of Hopley Avenue reported suspicious noises and officers made a security check.
1:45 a.m.-Officers responded to a report of an unwelcome patron at a downtown establishment on Washington Square. The person left without incident.
