11:40 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

12:22 p.m.-Officers are investigating a breaking and entering in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

1:25 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.

2:07 p.m.-Officers investigated an abandoned vehicle at South Sandusky and Oakwood Avenues.

3:15 p.m.-A report of a stolen vehicle was investigated. It turned out to be a civil matter.

4:28 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

4:53 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding phone harassment.

5:23 p.m.-A River Street resident reported vandalism to his property.

5:26 p.m.-A vehicle was towed for a parking violation in the area of South Sandusky and Oakwood Avenues.

6:12 p.m.-Officers investigated a private property accident in the 500 block of North Lane Street.

6:18 p.m.-A report of a person experiencing mental issues was investigated.

7:14 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

8:00 p.m.-Officers assisted Van Wert County Deputies in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street in looking for runaways from that county.

8:05 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a missing elderly man. The man was located and was ok.

8:15 p.m.-Kayla St Clair, 28, was arrested in the 600 block of South Walnut Street for disorderly conduct.  She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

8:29 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1500 block of Linwood Drive.

9:20 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Earl and Milo Streets was investigated.

9:25 p.m.-Officers attempted to locate a reported impaired driver on South Walnut Street. The driver was not located.

12:33 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person on Clay Street was investigated.

12:47 a.m.-A disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Avenue was investigated.

1:07 a.m.-A disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Avenue was investigated.

3:58 a.m.-A Hopley Avenue resident reported being assaulted. Officers are investigating.
