4:25 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons in the 800 block of South Spring Street.
5:36 p.m.- A person spoke to officers at the station about a civil issue.
7:18 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.
8:09 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 800 block of South Spring Street.
8:19 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 500 block of Rogers Street.
