7:38 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:30 a.m.-A diaper bag found in the 200 block of East Warren Street was turned in at the police department.

9:07 a.m.-A theft report was taken in the 100 block of Williams Street.

9:13 a.m.-Joshua Noel, 35, was arrested in the 1600 block of Marion Road on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

10:00 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

11:48 p.m.- Officers assisted with a civil standby in the 1400 block of Cullen Court. A junk vehicle notice was also served at the residence.

1:20 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 100 block of East Irving Street.

3:10 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 100 block of River Street.

3:49 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 300 block of East Warren Street.

5:01 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 700 block of Wilbur Street. A child was playing with the phone.

5:22 p.m.- A report of a dog barking was investigated in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

6:00 p.m.- A report of a fight was investigated in the 10 block of West Mansfield Street.

6:10 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident reported in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:45 p.m.- Officers assisted the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

9:13 p.m.- A standby was requested in the 300 block of South Walnut Street.

10:46 a.m.-A domestic issue was unfounded in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

1146 a.m.-A burglary report was investigated in the 100 block of Plymouth Street.
