7:19 a.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

9:23 a.m.-A report of a sign that was hit by a vehicle in the 100 block of North Walnut Street was taken.

11:35 a.m.-Property found in the 100 block of South Walnut Street was brought to the station.

12:10 p.m.-A report of a dog left in a vehicle in the 200 block of East Mary Street was unfounded.

12:11 p.m.-Officers assisted Richland County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of Gaius Street.

12:24 p.m.-A report of possible found drug paraphernalia was received and remains under investigation.

3:57 p.m.- A parking complaint was investigated in the 1000 block of Hull Avenue.

4:54 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

5:01 p.m.- Roma Radcliff, 61, was arrested on two charges of domestic violence in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street. He was taken to the Bucyrus Community Hospital for treatment where he was also issued a summons for aggravated menacing due to threats he was making to staff and officers. He was later taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

5:23 p.m.- A Woodbine Apartments resident reported being threatened by a person he knows.

5:46 p.m.- A report of a possible drunk driver was made on Marion Road.

7:03 p.m.-Officers checked on a report of solicitors without a permit in the area of East Oakwood Avenue and Rogers Street.

8:34 p.m.- A theft report was made in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

11:40 p.m.-A report of a suspicious male walking in the roadway yelling at vehicles was investigated in the 1700 block of East Mansfield Street.

12:44 a.m.-A report of suspicious people standing in the roadway in the area of Wallace Avenue and Rogers Street was investigated.

6:29 a.m.-A resident in the 400 block of West Center Street reported a bicycle stolen from the garage overnight.
