10:06 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding possible threats.
11:31 a.m.-Officers assisted the city crew in getting vehicles moved in the downtown area for painting.
3:55 p.m.- A parking complaint was investigated in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield Street.
4:13 p.m.- Officers investigated an animal complaint in the 900 block of Monnett Street.
4:48 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 1000 block of South Walnut Street.
7:20 p.m.- Justin Beecham, 33, was arrested in the 200 block of East Irving Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
10:33 p.m.-Officers investigated a 9-1-1 hang-up call in the 100 block of Plymouth Street.
10:39 p.m.-Officers spoke to a female who stated she was being followed by another female she knows.
