9:37 a.m.-Officers picked up a handgun that was found in the 300 block of West Irving Street.

9:40 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

1:57 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 300 block of Iron Street.

3:33 p.m.-A report of a possible sex crime was taken and is under investigation.

4:10 p.m.-A message was delivered in the 100 block of Wiley Street.

4:48 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

5:13 p.m.- Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile at the police department.

5:48 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 600 block of West Irving Street.

6:02 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the station.

7:16 p.m.- A summons for a property maintenance code violation was served in the 500 block of South East Street.

7:18 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

7:27 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a property maintenance summons.

7:50 p.m.- Two summons for property maintenance code violations were served in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue.

8:07 p.m.- A 12-year-old girl was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 200 block of Wayne Avenue. She was released pending an appearance in juvenile court.

8:16 p.m.- An animal complaint was made in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:34 p.m.- A report of loud music was made in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

8:52 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 800 block of East Irving Street.

9:45 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
