10:03 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.

10:11 a.m.- A resident came to the station and spoke with an officer regarding a fraud complaint.

3:42 p.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

4:31 p.m.- A person came to the station to report receiving threatening text messages.

5:26 p.m.- Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.

5:28 p.m.- One property maintenance code violation was served at the police department.

5:52 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

6:01 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

6:15 p.m.- Officers attempted to served income tax summons in the 100 block of West Mary Street.

6:20 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.

6:38 p.m.- Officers checked the 600 block of East Warren Street for a suspicious person.

7:27 p.m.- An abandoned bicycle was picked up in the 100 block of East Mary Street.

7:41 p.m.- Two property maintenance code violations were served in the 800 block of South Spring Street.

7:47 p.m.- One property maintenance code violation was served in the 200 block of Franklin Court.

8:07 p.m.- Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol in the area of Walnut and Rensselaer Streets.

8:12 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

8:43 p.m.- Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Blicke Street.

8:49 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

8:58 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

9:38 p.m.- Sue Rice, 29, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 700 block of West Mary Street. She was also served one income tax summons. She was issued a court date to appear and released.

11:54 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue at Heritage Circle.

11:56 p.m.- A resident in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street reported someone shining lights in her windows.

1:35 a.m.- Jordan Armstrong, 26, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

2:09 a.m.- A resident in the 400 block of E. Charles St. reported hearing noises outside his home. Officer checked around the home and found everything to be in order.

12:37 p.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 1600 block of Marion Road was unfounded.

2:04 p.m.- Officers investigated a possible vandalism in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

4:17 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

4:27 p.m.- One summons for a property maintenance code violation was served in the 100 block of West Beal Avenue.

4:35 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

4:43 p.m.- Five income tax summons were served in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

5:02 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 1200 block of East Mansfield Street.

5:20 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

5:50 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street.

7:13 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person in the 200 block North Walnut Street about a property issue.

7:31 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 3000 block of Stetzer Road.

7:49 p.m.- A temporary license plate was reported stolen in the 400 block of South Walnut Street.

8:26 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served in the 300 block of West Rensselaer Street.

8:30 p.m.- A report of a possible sex crime was made and under investigation.

9:30 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering was made in the 800 block of East Warren Street.

9:49 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a person with a warrant in the Woodlawn Avenue area.

10:04 p.m.- A male reported people in a passing vehicle throwing something at him while he was bicycling in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:11 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of Whetstone Stree.

10:19 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a person with a warrant at Bucyrus Plaza.

10:30 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a criminal summons in the Charlotte Street area.

10:38 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a city income tax summons in the Park Avenue area.

10:44 p.m.- Shawn Cain, 41, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

12:15 a.m.- A male was cited for driving under suspension on Washington Square.

12:35 a.m.- Officers stood by with an extremely intoxicated male behind the Horseshoe until his ride arrived.

1:02 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 100 block of East Kilbourne Drive.

1:22 a.m.- A report of possible gunshots in the 800 block of Maple Street was investigated.

1:49 a.m.- A report of a possibly intoxicated driver on Marion Road was investigated.

9:11 a.m.- Officers checked a fire hydrant in the 900 block of Failor Avenue that was leaking.

9:27 a.m.- Officers are investigating a report of a break-in in the 1100 block of John St.

2:23 p.m.- Officers investigated a private property two-car accident at Walmart.

3:21 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1400 block of Eloise Street.

3:32 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 900 block of Earl Street.

3:43 p.m.- Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

4:05 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 1000 block of East Warren Street.

4:46 p.m.- Two summons for property maintenance code violations were served at the police department.

4:49 p.m.- A theft report was made in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.

5:28 p.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue.

6:28 p.m.- Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol on a traffic stop.

6:40 p.m.- Officers assisted two people in need of shelter for the night.

6:57 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was investigated in the 1100 block of Marion Road.

7:27 p.m.- Two income tax summons was served at the police department.

8:22 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:32 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

9:30 p.m.- Liza Beidelschies, 35, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant.  She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court and possible additional charges.
