7:49 a.m.-Officers responded to a report of a speeder at Aumiller Park.

9:52 a.m.-A person stopped at the station to speak with an officer regarding vandalism.

10:09 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 700 block of South Walnut Street was investigated. A parking citation was issued.

11:19 a.m.-Officers checked the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue for a suspicious male and female. The pair had made a scene at the Quality Inn and reportedly had drug paraphernalia. They were not located.

12:25 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of West Perry Street.

2:41 p.m.-Officers responded to a reported fight in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street. The two males and a female involved had dispersed.

3:26 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic situation in the 800 block of Earl Street.

3:55 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol in locating the driver of a vehicle they had pulled over near East Mansfield and Lane Streets. The driver was located near the railroad overpass on Norton Way.

4:19 p.m.-Officers responded to Walmart due to a report of a panhandler.

4:48 p.m.-A reported disturbance in the 500 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

5:20 p.m.-Officers went to the 700 block of Ann Street to follow-up on a no-contact order from the court. Officers arrested Anthony Woetko, 30, on a civil protection order violation. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending court.

5:43 p.m.-A two-vehicle, private property accident was investigated in the Kroger parking lot, 210 E. Mary St. Minor injuries reported and EMS was dispatched. One citation was issued.

5:47 p.m.-Officers conducted a traffic stop in the Kroger parking lot. Brittany Black, 24, was arrested on four warrants out of Crawford County. Brennen Wilson, 27, was also arrested on three warrants out of Crawford County. Both individuals were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court. The vehicle was towed.

6:53 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street. One resident was reporting being threatened by another.

7:26 p.m.-A traffic stop was conducted in the South Sandusky and Oakwood Avenue area and a warning was issued.

7:45 p.m.-A person stopped at the station to speak with an officer pertaining to some stolen equipment.

9:33 p.m.-A barking dog complaint was investigated in the 1500 block of Marion Road.

10:39 p.m.-Officers made contact with a person in the 400 block of Sears Street to assist Juvenile Court.

11:23 p.m.-A report of a suspicious group of people in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

11:34 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident reported being assaulted while in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

1:43 a.m.-Officers spoke to a person in the area of Beal Avenue and Marion Road who wanted to report being assaulted. An OSP trooper checked on a motorist stopped in the road. The motorist was crying and had been involved in a fight and EMS was dispatched. She did not require treatment and was escorted to her residence.

2:52 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of Washington Square was investigated. A group of folks contemplating a fight dispersed.

6:23 a.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

7:31 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated. A person from an earlier disturbance returned and was knocking on an apartment door.

7:35 a.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

8:12 a.m.-A report of vandalism was taken in the 200 block of South Lane Street.

8:50 a.m.-Officers provided an escort for Together We Hurt, Together We Heal 9th annual Community Care March from Bucyrus Hospital to City Hall.

12:17 p.m.-Officers were dispatched to a barking dog complaint in the 900 block of Maple Street. The dog was taken inside prior to officers’ arrival.

12:50 p.m.-A parking ticket was issued in the 200 block of West Charles Street.

13:02 p.m.-A parking ticket was issued in City Lot 3.

1:56 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

3:10 p.m.-Officers investigated a hit-skip accident in the Short and South Walnut Street area. A black Chevy Avalanche parked on the street was struck by an unknown vehicle.

4:02 p.m.-A private property accident was investigated in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A Dodge Caravan was clipped by a Buick Rendezvous.

4:04 p.m.-Officers investigated a reported dog bite in the 500 block of Failor Avenue. A child was bitten by a dog at the home they were visiting. EMS and the Bucyrus Fire Department responded and the child was taken to Bucyrus Hospital for treatment.

9:15 p.m.-Officers investigated a complaint of loud music in the 900 block of Rogers Street. It turned out to be a Halloween display.

9:22 p.m.-Officers conducted a traffic stop in the South Poplar and West Rensselaer Street area and a warning was issued.

9:50 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue. A store patron was causing alarm by having a conversation with themselves and speaking about being a detective in the United Kingdom. The person completed their business and left without incident.

9:57 p.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental issues in the 700 block of Ann Street. EMS personnel responded for a person threatening suicide with medication.

10:48 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street. The driver was waiting to give a ride for someone that had been drinking.

10:52 p.m.-A resident in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street reported being assaulted by someone she knows.

11:14 p.m.-A domestic disturbance was investigated in the 800 block of Wingert Street. A male was knocking at a door and yelling but had left the area before officers arrived.

12:31 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1300 block of Monnett Street was investigated. People believed they had heard a gunshot and people running up the road. Officers checked the area and it remained quiet.

1:45 a.m.-Officers checked on a person lying on the ground in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue. EMS personnel were summoned to assist as the person who could not stand and was very cold. At the hospital, the man warmed up but was uncooperative and argumentative with staff. Terry Spires, 44, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was issued a summons to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

1:45 a.m.-A loud music complaint was investigated in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

5:25 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

9:43 a.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 900 block of Rogers Street was investigated. Ryan Hughes, 36, was given a court date on a warrant out of Crawford County.

12:15 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of broken window vandalism in the 100 block of South Walnut Street.

2:37 p.m.-Officers investigated an accident on the Mary Street extension that took power lines down. A motorist in a GMC Acadia drove off the north side of the road crashing into a guardrail in the 600 block of East Mary Street near Quinn’s’ Building supply. The Acadia broke a power pole and became lodged on the guardrail. The driver was issued a citation and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

3:51 p.m.-Officers conducted a standby in the 700 block of Beverly Drive.

4:10 p.m.-A reported trespass was investigated in the 400 block of Union Avenue.

4:59 p.m.-Officers investigated an open door on a residence in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.

5:30 p.m.-Officers responded to a domestic situation in the 400 block of East Lucas Street. Michael Bloomfield, 42, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

5:43 p.m.-A complaint of vandalism was made in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue. The material washed off.

6:06 p.m.-Officers investigated a 911 Open Line in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.

6:16 p.m.-A person requesting help from Operation HOPE was assisted.

6:42 p.m.-Officers investigated a breaking and entering in the 1000 block of South East Street.

8:40 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of North Highland Avenue was investigated.

9:27 p.m.-A resident in the 300 block of River Street reported ceramic pumpkins stolen from her porch.

10:51 p.m.-A resident in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street reported someone around their residence. A security check was made and no one was located.

11:21 p.m.-Harlie Witten, 29, was arrested in the 1700 block of Marion Road on a charge of disorderly conduct from a previous incident.  She was issued a summons to appear in court and released.
