9:05 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 300 block of South Spring Street.
10:21 a.m.-A report of a wallet stolen from a vehicle overnight in the 400 block of Sears Street was received.
12:48 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS in gaining entrance to an apartment at Bucyrus Plaza.
1:19 p.m.-The dog warden was contacted about two loose dogs in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.
2:02 p.m.-Officers investigated an alarm and open doors in the 200 block of Crossroads Boulevard. It was a false alarm.
2:43 p.m.-Officers checked the 800 block of Nevada Road for a water main break.
3:49 p.m.-A lost purse from a day earlier was returned to the owner.
4:09 p.m.- A domestic dispute in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.
4:47 p.m.- A 911 open line call was investigated in the 300 block of Water Street. No incident was located and there are no occupied structures on the block in Harmon Park Soccer fields.
5:55 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street at Walmart. A shoplifting suspect took Pokemon cards and ran from the store.
8:07 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 1200 block of Monnett Street.
9:11 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1100 block of Tiffin Street. A person that was allowed to stay for a few days was no longer welcome. The person was warned against trespass and served a summons for criminal charges on another matter.
9:40 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person ringing a doorbell and running was investigated in the 300 block of Plymouth Street.
9:52 p.m.-Officers assisted a female at the station who was being harassed via messages.
10:23 p.m.-A report of a barking dog in the Rikki Lee Lane area was unfounded.

12:05 a.m.-A Martha Avenue resident reported their vehicle entered.
12:06 a.m.-A report of an unwanted person at a Dundee Trail residence was investigated.
6:03 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the West Rensselaer Street area was investigated.
9:43 a.m.-Officers spoke to a resident in the 800 block of West Perry Street about a civil issue regarding one tree damaging another tree.
10:13 a.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 500 block of Garnet Court in attempting to locate a person.
10:25 a.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Deputies in the 300 block of Woodlawn Avenue in attempting to locate a person.
12:00 p.m.-Officers spoke to a resident in the 900 block of Elm regarding property damage. The residents will contact engineering for guidance about the location of an alley.
12:50 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue.
3:47 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 1700 block of Marion Road. It was issue about messages on Facebook and instructions were given on how to block unwelcome associates on the social media platform.
4:02 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of Dudley Street. It was a dispute between neighbors about the loan of a cell phone charger that was not returned and now the battery won’t hold a charge.
4:41 p.m.- A report of a disturbance was made at the police department. It was a neighborhood dispute and landlord-tenant issue in the 300 block of East Warren Street.
4:42 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 1500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
4:51 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 100 block of Iron Street.
5:03 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue and the patron in the lobby of the hospital calmed down.
8:48 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.
9:40 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 700 block of Beverly Drive.
11:22 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in City Lot 3.
11:51 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious man in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

1:56 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mary Street was investigated. It was a verbal dispute and residents were notified to keep the noise down.
1:12 p.m.-Officers spoke to a man at the police department about a vehicle he loaned to someone.
2:31 p.m.-Officers checked the 300 block of North Lane Street for a small child that was reportedly alone. No one was located.
4:39 p.m.-A resident in to 400 block of Sears Street reported someone breaking into his neighbor’s shed. It was the neighbor who had lost his key and a female was living in the shed.
4:54 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street reported receiving threats from someone he knows.
4:56 p.m.-A possible civil protection order (CPO) violation is under investigation.
5:43 p.m.-A resident in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street reported jewelry stolen from the residence.
6:15 p.m.-A report of a dog bite on Whetstone Street was investigated.
6:41 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Park Avenue was investigated.
8:35 p.m.-Officers assisted with a shoplifting complaint at Walmart, 1875 E. Mansfield St.
8:43 p.m.-A domestic disturbance at Outhwaite Reservoir was investigated.

9:05 p.m.-Officers assisted the Preble County Sheriff’s Office in delivering a message to a resident in the 200 block of West Lucas Street.
11:42 p.m.-Officers assisted a John Street resident who had a bird in her home.
11:44 p.m.-A breaking and entering at Woodbine Apts., Washington St., was investigated It was a property possession dispute between a couple that was breaking up and separating.

12:11 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the Russell Avenue area was investigated. It was found to be the City Water Department checking for a water main break.
12:35 a.m.-A report of a suspicious male in the 300 block of West Irving Street was investigated. A resident reported a male attempting to take loose items on the property. The trespasser was described as wearing a blue jacket with red stripes pushing a baby stroller. The resident had attempted to pepper spray the suspect but hit them self with the residual spray. The individual was located and was wearing a Cleveland Indians jacket. He was warned against trespass as the complainant declined to pursue charges. The suspect was scavenging for scrap to recycle.
